Who you're dealing with

AIEO is a service of CBK Solutions, a UK limited company. When these terms say "we", "us" or "AIEO", they mean CBK Solutions trading as AIEO. For any question about these terms, email hello@aieo.fyi.

Acceptable use

The scanner and our other services are for checking domains you own or are authorised to assess. When using AIEO you agree not to:

• Scan a domain without a reasonable belief you're entitled to assess it
• Use the service to attack, overload, or probe a site for vulnerabilities beyond what a normal SEO scan does
• Automate requests to the scanner outside the documented WebMCP tools and published rate limits
• Resell or republish scan output as your own product without our agreement
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or usage caps

We may suspend or block access for any account or IP address that breaches this section.

Scores are heuristics, not guarantees

Treat every result as a starting point for your own judgement, not as professional advice. A high score does not promise visibility in any AI assistant or search engine, and a low score does not mean a site is broken.

No warranty

The scanner, this website, and any report we generate are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that a scan reflects how every AI crawler or search engine currently treats a site.

Rate limits

The free scanner and comparison tools are rate-limited to keep the service usable for everyone and to stay within our infrastructure budget. Limits may change without notice. If you hit a limit, wait before retrying rather than working around it — see Acceptable use above.

Third-party sites

AIEO scans and reports on third-party websites you point it at. We don't control those sites, their content, their availability, or the accuracy of what they publish, and we aren't responsible for them. Links out from our reports or this site to third-party domains are provided for convenience only.

Paid services

Paid engagements (audits and ongoing AI visibility work) are agreed separately by email, with scope, price and timeline confirmed in writing before work starts. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, paid work is delivered on a reasonable-efforts basis and is subject to these terms in full.

Liability cap

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the free scanner or this website is limited to £0, and our total liability arising out of any paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, business, or search or AI-assistant visibility. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use AIEO after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of AIEO.
